FamilyCare Assistant

Our FamilyCare philosophy is based on an expression of family values that provide our residents with specialised services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These services can include housekeeping, meals and personal care all provided in-house to give our residents quality of life, choice, comfort, privacy, security and peace of mind.

To be a successful FamilyCare Assistant you will have:

• a passion for delivering exceptional service to seniors
• strong values that recognise each senior as an individual
• a caring nature that seeks to be responsive to our resident?s needs
• experience working autonomously in a service based environment
• a flexible approach to your working hours (24/7)
• a senior first aid certificate and a current police clearance (or be prepared to obtain these)
