FamilyCare is a range of specialised services that you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you choose, offering peace of mind to you and your family. FamilyCare allows you the freedom to enjoy the independence of living in your own home while knowing there is a team of trained professionals on hand if and when you need them. There are no timetables, fixed services or structured approach. The choice is always yours and your privacy is always respected.
Our FamilyCare Apartments are licensed under the Supported Residential Facilities Act and are specially designed to enhance an independent lifestyle. Our FamilyCare team members are selected on the basis that their empathy and skills match Omega's high customer satisfaction and customer first expectations.
Our aim is for you to achieve happiness and contentment in the company of like-minded people, who not only care for you to the level expected, but also care about you and protect you in a way a family would.

Our Culture
'...where age is celebrated' is the basis of our FamilyCare culture. It explains why we do the things we do, is a standard against which decisions are made and celebrates our residents' lives in all sorts of ways.
We recognise that each of our residents is an individual and has an amazing and unique history. Hence, residents of our properties are selected with similar interests and values and who enjoy the freedom of living and socialising independently in their own home. Your level of participation is entirely your choice, as it would be in your own home.
'...where age is celebrated' is also our benchmark for our service provision and you will find that we regularly review our services to ensure that our promises to our residents are being kept.
