Langton Park will always be special as it was our first project and was developed in partnership with long time friend Bruce Golding. It was here that we first developed our philosophy of providing quality retirement living that emphasises and encourages quality of life.

Pricing

Due to current fluctuations in the property market our prices are affected by and reflect market trends. However, you will find that our units are affordable and in keeping with area property values. We will be happy to quote you a firm price as it applies to the time of your enquiry.

Purchase Price

Includes: floor coverings, wall tiles, built-in cupboards, hotplates, oven, individual air-conditioning, emergency call system, enclosed secure garage.

Excludes: furniture, white goods, curtains, tracks and light fittings.

Resale

If your unit needs to be resold in the first 3 months, you will receive your money back less a weekly rental. If resold between 3 months and 12 months, then you will receive what the next resident pays less the rental. After 12 months, a retention fee is payable, based on a percentage of what the next resident pays, depending on length of stay.

Maintenance Levy

Fees vary and reductions apply if you qualify for pensioner concession on council and water rates or the Self Funded Retiree rebate.

Fees include staff on call 24 hours, council and water rates, levies, building insurance, administration, maintenance of the Village Centre and common facilities and areas including lighting, air-conditioning, furnishing, gardening, street lighting and pest control.

Exceptions: Contents insurance, electricity, gas and telephone.
